Our Product department designs, delivers, and manages the Brevo platform, focusing on user experience and coordinating with clients to optimize our solution to their needs. The department is composed of a few teams — Product Design, Product Management, and Product Knowledge— further divided into tribes focusing on a specific part of the platform (Campaigns, Automation, Transactional, etc.).
The Revenue department at Brevo is made up of various teams all responsible for generating revenue through traffic, leads, and sales. The department designs and implements sales strategies and maintains strong client relationships with regular touch points. At the same time, our Revenue teams collaborate with other departments to provide clients with transparent and consistent communication. This department is divided into 5 divisions: Business development, Account management, Customer Success, Sales Operations and Professional Services.
The Customer department’s goal is to ensure user satisfaction and provide support for all their digital marketing needs. The various Customer teams help clients learn how to use Brevo and work with them to solve any issues they experience. Their work is essential to Brevo’s mission of providing seamless user experiences. This department is divided into 2 divisions: Customer Experience, and Customer Operations.
Our Marketing department focuses on four main objectives: growing our user base, developing and promoting our brand, engaging our users with content and offers, and continuously optimizing our lead generation system. The department is composed of two divisions: Digital marketing (PPC, SEO, Partnerships, Marketing Automation) and Enterprise marketing (Growth, Field, Content).
Our Tech department develops, maintains, and enhances Brevo’s features and functionalities. Our engineers work on all technical aspects of the platform, both front- and back-end. Thanks to this department, we’re able to continue deepening and refining Brevo’s technical capabilities. Our Tech department is composed of 11 divisions: Back-end, Front-end, QA, Platform, Tech Support, Data, Deliverability & Compliance, Security, Productivity & Reliability, Architecture, and DevSecOps.
The Finance and Legal department is made up of three teams managing Brevo’s structure and operations as a business: Legal, Finance, and Accounting.
Our People & Impact department's mission is to make people’s lives easier. The four divisions work hand in hand to accompany employees along every stage of their Brevo experience. The department is divided into 4 divisions: People, Talent Acquisition, Workplace and Impact.
