What does the Breadcrumbs and Brevo integration do?

The integration sends data from Breadcrumbs into Brevo, so contacts and activity captured in Breadcrumbs are available in Brevo for segmentation, email, and automation.

How do I set up the Breadcrumbs integration with Brevo?

Breadcrumbs connects to Brevo through Zapier or Brevo inbound webhooks. Create the connection with your Brevo API key, then build the workflow you need. No coding is required.

What data syncs between Breadcrumbs and Brevo?

Contacts and activity from Breadcrumbs are sent into Brevo, where you can segment them and use them in email, SMS, and automations.

Does it work with my existing Brevo campaigns and contacts?

Yes. Data from the integration flows into your existing Brevo lists, so your current campaigns, automations, and segments keep working as usual.

Will the Breadcrumbs integration slow down my marketing?

No. The integration only moves data between Breadcrumbs and Brevo. It does not change how your Brevo emails, SMS, or automations send.

What support is available for the Breadcrumbs integration?

Brevo support covers your Brevo account and the connection settings. For Breadcrumbs-specific configuration, see the Breadcrumbs documentation. Zapier also documents its Brevo connector.
