- Detect duplicates using the company domain or, if absent, fall back to the company name
- Block the creation of companies with the same domain.
- Allow one-to-one merging of duplicates: if multiple duplicates are detected, the process begins with the most recently created company. Once two companies are merged, the next suggested company appears.
