What does the AfterShip and Brevo integration do?

The integration sends shipping updates from AfterShip into Brevo, so you can trigger delivery notifications and email sequences based on shipping events.

How do I set up the AfterShip integration with Brevo?

AfterShip connects to Brevo through Make, a no-code integration platform. Create a connection in Make using your Brevo API key, then build the shipping workflows you need. No coding is required.

What data syncs between AfterShip and Brevo?

Shipping updates from AfterShip are sent into Brevo, where they trigger delivery notifications and email sequences based on shipping events.

Does it work with my existing Brevo campaigns and contacts?

Yes. Data from the integration flows into your existing Brevo lists, so your current campaigns, automations, and segments keep working as usual.

Will the AfterShip integration slow down my marketing?

No. The integration only moves data between AfterShip and Brevo. It does not change how your Brevo emails, SMS, or automations send.

What support is available for the AfterShip integration?

Brevo support covers your Brevo account and the connection settings. For AfterShip-specific configuration, see the AfterShip documentation. Make also documents its Brevo connector.
