With Brevo’s frequency cap, users can easily manage how many emails customers receive. Avoid overloading your contacts with content and find that “just right” cadence.
How does it work?
To set up the frequency cap, all you have to do is navigate to your campaign settings and toggle the frequency cap to on. Manage pressure per day, week, or month with a simple dropdown menu, and that’s it!
Manage at the campaign level
For maximum control, you can toggle and untoggle the frequency cap on each campaign. This way, important promotions and communications can still be sent to your contacts.
What about transactional emails?
Brevo users can exclude transactional emails from the frequency cap from the automation builder. This allows users to ensure that important messages, such as password resets and shipping updates, go out no matter what.
Who can use the email frequency cap?
Brevo's Frequency Cap is now available to all Enterprise users.
