Can I send email campaigns from my Gmail address?

We don't recommend it. Since February 2024, Gmail and Yahoo expect bulk senders to use an address on their own authenticated domain. Use an address on your domain and authenticate the domain in Brevo with DKIM and DMARC.

How do I import my Gmail contacts into Brevo?

Use the free Google Contacts integration. It imports up to 25,000 contacts into the list you choose and syncs new and updated contacts at the frequency you set. Changes made in Brevo are not sent back to Google.

Which Gmail emails show up in Brevo?

Only emails exchanged with contacts already stored in Brevo. You can exclude up to 20 addresses or domains, and filter out auto-replies and mass mailings.

Can my team reply from my connected Gmail inbox?

Teammates can view the emails, but only the person who connected the mailbox can reply from it. For a shared address, connect a team mailbox in Conversations.

How many Gmail accounts can I connect?

You can connect up to three individual mailboxes, and add team mailboxes for shared addresses.
