With Brevo, you pay by the number of emails you want to send, with generous contact storage at no extra cost. Your bill reflects your actual marketing activity.

Klaviyo pricing works differently. Plans are based on the number of active profiles in your account, a count determined by contact behavior over a rolling window, rather than by the emails you choose to send. For businesses with large or growing lists, this can make costs harder to anticipate—and you could end up paying more even if your contact list size stays the same. The free plan includes only 250 active profiles and 500 emails, and the entry-level paid plan starts at 14£ for up to 500 profiles.
