1,000 requests per second on all plans, 2,000 on Professional and Enterprise, 6,000 on Enterprise only.

Yes. UUID based idempotency with a 30 minute window stops a retried call sending twice.

Where do I see sent email?

In your Brevo transactional logs, immediately after the send.
