• What can the Claude Brevo connector do?

  The Brevo Claude Connector can:
  - Create and read email and SMS campaigns
  - Create and read email templates
  - Read A/B test results
  - Read contacts, lists and segments

  Claude can never send, schedule, or delete anything. All drafts must be reviewed and sent manually from Brevo. For a full list of capabilities, refer to our Help Center article.

• What’s the difference between the Claude Connector and Brevo MCP server?

  The Claude Connector is available directly from the Claude Directory. Simply search "Brevo," log in, and authorize, no API key needed. It's built for fast campaign work, performance and contact queries.
  The Brevo MCP server is the open-standard, developer-facing option: generate an API token and connect it to Claude or other MCP-compatible tools (Cursor, Windsurf, VS Code). It offers full access to account items: CRM, senders, domains, users, webhooks, based on your API key's permissions.

• Does it work with my existing Brevo campaigns and contacts?

  Yes. The connector reads from and writes to your live Brevo account directly — there's no separate sync or duplicate data store. Any draft Claude creates appears in your existing campaign list, using your real contacts, lists, and segments as they stand today.

• How do I set up the Claude Brevo connector?

  In Claude, go to Customize → Connectors, search "Brevo," and select it. Log in to your Brevo account, review the requested permissions, and click Authorize. No API key or MCP setup required.

• Can Claude send a campaign from my Brevo account?

  No. The Claude connector can only create campaigns and templates as drafts. All sending, scheduling, and deleting must be done manually from your Brevo account. The Brevo MCP server does allow for campaign sending.
