Can ActiveCampaign be used as a CRM?

Yes. ActiveCampaign offers a sales platform. However, if you want to use it with your email marketing platform you must upgrade to a Marketing Plus plan. ActiveCampaign’s Lite plan cannot be used with its CRM.
