Kenya Airways is an airline based in Kenya. In June 2023, the team launched Asante Rewards, its loyalty program, with a clear ambition: to rapidly grow the community while improving long-term engagement through more relevant and better-managed communications.
To support this trajectory, Kenya Airways relies on Brevo: first via the API to secure the program’s transactional emails, and then by preparing the expansion to the Marketing Platform to activate segmentation, campaigns, automation, and insights.
