What’s new
You can view and segment contacts directly from the contact listing page based on five available unsubscription reasons. This segmentation applies to the Email event labeled “Unsubscribed from emails” and specifically for the Email Type: Email Campaigns. This enhancement follows the latest update by the Campaigns team and makes it easier to identify trends or patterns behind opt-outs.
