The use of a Coupon by the Customer implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms & Conditions for the Brevo Friday 2025 offer. The Customer waives the right to rely on any contradictory document, which would be unenforceable against Brevo. Scope and Target Group These General Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to B2B customers. Consumers are expressly excluded.
Exclusively in connection with the 2025 Brevo Friday Offer, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:
Customer: means any natural or legal person who, at the time of participation in the Coupon offer, has an existing annual contract in the "Free" Self-Service category or a monthly Self-Service paying plan (Starter or Standard/Business*) and with Sendinblue SAS, or Sendinblue Inc if customers are incorporated in the USA, Canada, or Mexico and who has declared during onboarding at account creation that they operate an online e-commerce business. Customers who have previously entered into and terminated an annual contract with Sendinblue SAS or Sendinblue Inc (either Enterprise or Self-Service) are excluded from this definition.
Brevo is the name under which Sendinblue SAS markets its product or Sendinblue Inc for USA, Canada or Mexico incorporated Customers.
Coupon: means a time-limited discount offered by Brevo to its Customers under the conditions specified herein.
*If You as a Customer have subscribed to a Brevo Self-Service offer starting on or after October 1st, 2025, this current Coupon offer shall be exclusively applicable for a Standard annual Plan. If You as a Customer have subscribed to a Brevo Self-Service offer earlier than on October 1st, 2025, this current Coupon offer shall be exclusively applicable for a Business annual Plan.
The Coupon is valid and redeemable only for a limited period as described in Section 3.
It exclusively grants a discount upon the conclusion of an annual subscription for Brevo services in the Self-Service categories “Starter Plan” or "Standard/Business Plan”*, and only if the contract volume is between 10,000 and 350,000 emails per month (all other plans and add-ons are excluded). The Terms of Service of Brevo applicable at the time of contract conclusion apply: https://www.brevo.com/legal/termsofuse/ (including for US, Canada and Mexico incorporated Customers the US terms of Appendix 2). Customers who already have an existing active annual Self-Service paying plan or an Enterprise Plan are not eligible for this offer.
The Coupon grants a 40% discount for the duration of the first contract year on new annual Brevo Starter or Business/Standard* Self-Service plans.
No further discount will be granted upon renewal of the annual subscription; prices applicable at the time of renewal shall apply.
Combination with other discounts or vouchers of the same type is excluded.
Important note: the discount granted by the Coupon is a combined offer consisting of:
- The special Coupon offer : A specific time-limited discount rate of 30% (within the duration as mentioned in article 3) ; and
- The regular 10% discount granted upon the conclusion of a paid Self-Service annual plan.
The total overall discount of 40% granted by the Coupon is therefore the cumulative result of combining the regular Annual paid Self- Service plan discount (10%) with the special Coupon offer (30%).
The Coupon is valid from November 19, 2025 at 12:00:00 am CET and until 11:59:59 pm CET on December 1, 2025.
The number of available Coupons is limited to 500 ; allocation is based on the principle of priority (“first come, first served”).
To activate the discount, the individual reference code indicated on the Coupon must be entered in the discount field at the time of concluding a contract as described in Section 2.
Value-added tax (VAT) will be calculated based on the price after the Coupon has been applied.
Only one Coupon may be redeemed per transaction.
Only one Coupon may be redeemed per Customer. Multiple Coupons cannot be combined.
The Coupon is not redeemable for cash and may not be transferred to another Customer.
Brevo reserves the right to prohibit or prevent the use of a Coupon without prior notice if it reasonably believes that such use is for fraudulent purposes or constitutes misuse.
Brevo makes no express or implied warranties with respect to the Coupons.
Any liability of Brevo in connection with the Coupons is excluded, unless otherwise required by mandatory legal provisions.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BREVO OR ITS AFFILIATES, OR ANY OF BREVO OR THEIR RESPECTIVE LICENSORS OR SERVICE PROVIDERS OR ANY OF OUR OR THEIR EMPLOYEES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS OR THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON RELATED TO OR ARISING OUT OF USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF USE; LOSS OR COMPROMISE OF DATA, PROFITS OR GOODWILL.
THE LIMIT ON TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY OWED BY BREVO TO CUSTOMER OR ANY PERSON FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO CURRENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS SHALL BE LIMITED TO A MAXIMUM OF: THE AMOUNT CUSTOMER HAS PAID BREVO FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION PLAN UNDER THE SERVICES IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE DATE OF THE CLAIM GIVING RISE TO SUCH LIABILITY.
Brevo assumes no liability for Coupons that are lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, illegible, incomplete, or for damages caused due to the Coupon use and related to computer equipment, data or software, online systems, servers or access providers; any functionality lost; or traffic congestion on the Internet. Lost, stolen or altered Coupons will not be replaced or refunded. Customer will be considered to be solely responsible for any use it may make of the Coupons.
The Customer assumes sole responsibility and risk for the use of the Coupon.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of France.
The Parties shall attempt to settle amicably, within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of the first written notice from one of the Parties stating the existence of a dispute, any dispute relating to the conclusion, existence or interpretation of these Terms & Conditions.
If no agreement is reached within this period, any dispute concerning the validity, interpretation, performance and/or termination for any reason whatsoever of the Terms & Conditions shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts within the jurisdiction of the Court of Appeal of Paris (France).
By exception to the above, for Customers incorporated in the US, Canada or Mexico, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The parties hereto agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Castle County Delaware, including in the event of summary proceedings, guarantee claims and/or multiple defendants. CUSTOMER HEREBY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO COMMENCE OR PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST BREVO RELATED TO ANY CLAIM, DISPUTE OR CONTROVERSY, AND, WHERE APPLICABLE, CUSTOMER HEREBY AGREE TO OPT OUT OF ANY CLASS PROCEEDING AGAINST BREVO OTHERWISE COMMENCED.
