Brevo’s unsubscribe flow adds a quick survey to all unsubscribe pages, asking contacts why they’re leaving. You’ll find this built into your email campaign unsubscribe settings. For accounts created after April 17th (and for any new unsubscribe pages), this is mandatory — meaning every opt-out becomes an opportunity to learn and improve. Unsubscribe reporting now includes reasons per campaign, giving you actionable data at a glance.

How to use it
- Go to Forms & Pages → Unsubscribe Pages in your Brevo account.
- Customize your page and ensure the survey block is enabled.
- Contacts will see five predefined reasons and can pick the one that best fits their decision to unsubscribe.
- Access your new unsubscribe reports under Campaign Reports → Unsubscribes to view reason breakdowns.
