We’re making it easier to organize and segment your contacts. With the new User attribute type, you can quickly assign account users to contacts, making ownership clear and simple to manage.
What’s new
You can now create custom contact attributes that use dropdown values made up of your account’s invited users. These attributes can be created and imported directly in your contact settings. When exporting, the results appear as a CSV containing the user emails linked to each contact. You can also use this attribute type to build precise segments, helping you better manage and target your communications. Each account can create up to 20 user attributes.

How to use it
- Go to Contacts in your Brevo account
- Open Settings > Contact attributes
- Create a new attribute and select User as the type
- Add or import values from your invited account users
- Use the new attribute to segment contacts or include it in exports
