Segmentation now includes dynamic date filters, so you can build segments based on when an event happened rather than only on fixed dates. You can set conditions like “X days ago,” “X weeks ago,” or “X months ago,” making it easier to reach contacts at the right moment. For example, you might target customers who purchased 30 days ago with a reorder campaign, or contacts who signed up 90 days ago with a loyalty offer.
