Paris, 20 February 2025. Brevo, the European leader in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), is launching an AI offensive for European AI applications in the CRM sector. The company is investing 50 million euros over the next five years in the development of its own AI tools to create intelligent AI agents for advanced marketing personalization and improved customer experience. Brevo is positioning itself as a counterpoint to US developments in artificial intelligence and CRM.
European servers, highest data protection
The AI agents are developed by Brevo itself and run on the existing Brevo servers within the European Union, always in compliance with GDPR. The first AI tool from the Brevo AI Lab is expected to be ready for the market in a few weeks.
With its investment and development of AI tools, Brevo is building on existing AI applications within the CRM platform. One of these applications is the "Send at Best Time" feature, which automatically sends campaigns to users within a 24-hour window after they are created. The sending time is based on the previous opening times of the individual recipients. This allows companies to significantly increase the open rates of their emails and their sales.

Brevo continues to grow
Brevo's investment comes at a time when the company continues to grow. In 2024, the European market leader in CRM had an annual recurring revenue (ARR) of 179 million euros. Especially in the enterprise segment, which is particularly suitable for medium and large companies, the share of Brevo users is growing rapidly and already accounts for a quarter of the total business in 2024. Brevo will continue to expand the enterprise segment as part of its AI offensive.
